How do I return or exchange a product?
Our goal is to fulfill your custom needs. If you are not pleased with your order, please contact us with your concern. If the item arrives damaged or different than your order it will be replaced at no charge to you.
We will not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges for PERSONALIZED orders that were approved by you.
Can I have a design on an apron or a jacket or a cup?
Yes, we can put design on just about anything. Contact us with what you have in mind and we'll have your vision come to life.
How much do I pay for shipping?
The shipping charge will be added to your order and visible at checkout before you finalize the order. The shipping is based on the destination, and we offer free shipping on bigger orders as stated below. Orders are shipped with USPS unless discussed before payment is made.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail with a link to where you track the parcel.
When do I receive my order?
We dispatch all orders within 5-7 Business days. Holidays and bank holidays might affect this time. When the order is shipped you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. From when the order is shipped it should take 3-5 working days depending on where in the world you live. If it takes longer, please contact us and we’ll have a look at what might have happened.
Accepted payment methods?
We accept card payments with MasterCard and VISA or payment via PayPal. Local delivery customers may arrange additional payment options.
Can you send my order as a gift for customs purposes?

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to register to place an order, but you need to provide a valid e-mail address and contact details when placing an order.
How do I use a coupon code?
The coupon code is entered in the checkout stage. Enter the code in the voucher-field, the total amount of your order will be re-calculated and you will clearly see how much was deducted. Subtribe to the website to receive promotions and coupon codes.
My order is missing something.
